Responsible for the conception and realization of the specific brand design for Thermador and Bosch plus other sales specific brands for a single product division in the US and Canada. - Create visionary concepts and designs for cooking and home appliances that support strategic business objectives for our brands. - Think critically and strategically while translating concepts through mock ups, prototypes, using technologies like CAD and technical drawings - Produce high quality design concepts and presentations - Align our design strategy with market requirements - Independently steer the design process from general specifications (e.g. design briefing / briefing of an agency) to realization (in close coordination with development, production, portfolio/product management) - Work with external agencies like design service providers and model makers - Planning, coordination and control of model building and external service providers. - Influence decision-making through clear communica...
