Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing timeand keeping things running smoothly? PurAgain Water is looking for aService Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuringour service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that ourcustomers receive top-notch service.

What You'll Do:
• Manage service callsand dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Utilize your strongunderstanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
• Ensure an 80% sitrate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managingtheir daily tasks.
• Provide excellentcustomer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Use your logisticsknowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience,to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and updatethe CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls andtechnician assignments.
• Handle timemanagement with precision, ensuring that all service calls areaddressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely withthe service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
• Logistics Expertise: Experience in logistics, whether throughmilitary, warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash, ishighly valued.
• Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local area,ideally having lived here your whole life.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems andother computer applications.
• Time Management: Excellent at juggling multiple tasks andensuring they're completed efficiently.
• Customer Service: A natural at making customers feel valued andensuring their needs are met.
