You'll getto support production operations and drive continuous improvement across thefacility.Key Responsibilities:'Supporting day-to-day manufacturingoperations.'Performing Material Review Board (MRB)dispositions.'Setting up and updating manufacturingrouters.'Identifying and implementing processimprovements to enhance quality and productivity.'Collaborating effectively with amotivated, team-oriented group of engineers to resolve production challenges.'Collaborating directly withmanufacturing personnel to resolve production issues and implement processimprovements.Applying a strong understanding ofaerospace manufacturing processes and industry standards.,QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g.,Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering) from an accrediteduniversity.Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospacemanufacturing.Knowledge of aerospace industry specifications andstandards (e.g., AS9100, NAS, MIL)Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning andTolerancing)Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD softwareFamiliarity with ERP systemsKnowledge of aerospace fastener manufacturingUnderstanding of metal forming processes, includingheading, nut forming, and progressive die pressesExperience with conventional and CNC machiningFamiliarity with destructive and non-destructivetesting methods for aerospace fastenersUnderstanding of aerospace surface treatments,including plating, solid film lubricants, and cetyl alcoholKnowledge of heat treatment processes and their impacton material propertiesEmployees must be legally authorized to work in theUnited States. Pay is based on market location and may varydepending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
