Applies acquired skills and knowledge of processes, policies, and procedures to support professional health education programs and learners. Coordinates operational aspects of the programs, including curriculum implementation, learner scheduling, database management, compliance tracking, and accreditation support. This position reports to the Accreditation and Operations Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Simulation Center Director. The role supports the simulation, technical, and instructional activities of the Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing, as well as community outreach and relationship-building initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for the technical operations and instructional support of the Simulation Center, utilizing a diverse skill set in clinical practice, computer systems, and simulation technology.
