On-Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day field operations, structural layout work, and quality control for premium office, retail, and adaptive reuse TI projects. Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, site logistics, and trade performance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finish teams. Schedule Enforcement: Maintain aggressive fast-track milestones and structural punch lists to guarantee on-time space turnover. Safety & Logistics: Implement rigorous site safety protocols, dust containment, and secure staging areas to minimize disruption to surrounding building tenants. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated field experience managing commercial interior tenant improvements (TI) or fast-track building renovations. Technical Knowledge: Exceptional ability to interpret detailed architectural blueprints, structural designs, and interior mechanical drawings.
