What You'll Do:

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through trial or settlement.
• Draft motions, handle discovery, and lead depositions.
• Develop and execute complex litigation strategies in collaboration with partners.
• Represent clients in State, Federal, and Appellate courts.

What We're Looking For:

• JD: Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience: Proven background in civil litigation (Personal Injury or Insurance Defense preferred).
• Skills: Strong writing ability, courtroom presence, and a desire to win.
• Mindset: A proactive advocate who enjoys a collaborative, diligent team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 and $220,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
