Overview The Mergers & Acquisitions Project Specialist Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing mergers and acquisitions activity across Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., from initial planning and diligence through transaction execution and post-merger integration. This role leads complex M&A transactions, often working independently and/or in a lead role over associated project teams, and partners closely with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to ensure effective execution, governance, and alignment with Gallaghers strategic growth objectives.
