Workers' Compensation Attorney

2026-05-14     THE FIGUEROA FIRM, APC     Irvine,CA
Description:

Company Description

At The Figueroa Firm, we fight for injured workers — people who are often vulnerable, underserved, and in desperate need of strong legal representation. Based in Santa Ana, CA, our firm is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a bilingual attorney who shares our passion for justice to join our team full-time.

WHY THIS ROLE?

This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving plaintiff's firm, receive hands-on mentorship in workers' compensation law, and build a meaningful legal career — all while serving a community that truly needs you. No prior experience in workers' comp required. Your California license, your bilingual skills, and your drive are what matter most.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials
  • Develop and manage client relationships — conducting consultations and updates in English and Spanish
  • Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents
  • Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • Hold an active California State Bar license in good standing
  • Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Are empathetic, organized, and genuinely client-focused
  • Want to grow with a firm — not just work for one

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary + significant bonus incentives
  • Health, dental, vision & life insurance
  • Paid vacation
  • Corporate membership to Lifetime Fitness
  • Full mentorship and training — new admittees welcome
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team culture

HOW TO APPLY

  • Apply via LinkedIn or send your resume, cover letter, and California Bar number to: cgarcia@thefigueroafirm.com
