Mission Recruiting represents a busy Long Beach litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to support an active civil defense practice. This role includes managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, appearing in court, and assisting with trial preparation.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to handle a busy caseload with a high level of independence. Experience with civil rights, public entity, or insurance defense matters is strongly preferred.

The team offers substantive work, strong mentorship, and a collaborative office environment. This opportunity also has the potential to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.
