A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2–5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication,weekly meetings, and structured case oversight.

Compensation Structure

• Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000–$175,000 DOE
• Senior Attorney: $175,000–$220,000 DOE
• Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000–$10,000 annually after onboarding period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure

Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage auto liability cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
• Evaluate liability and damages, and prepare client reports
• Collaborate with the supervising partner on the case strategy

Senior Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle cases from intake through trial and post-trial
• Conduct depositions, expert discovery, and trial proceedings
• Develop and execute litigation strategies independently
• Manage client communication and reporting
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff (as applicable)
• Contribute to internal workflows and litigation processes

Candidate Requirements

Mid-Level Attorney:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in auto defense, PI defense, or civil litigation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload independently

Senior Attorney:

• 7+ years of litigation experience
• Trial experience (first or second chair) required
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Experience supervising or mentoring preferred

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000
