The Front Lobby Receptionist acts as a resource to patients, visitors and others entering the hospital through the front lobby. Courteously answers questions and guides patients and visitors to their destinations and informs visitors of the visiting policy and upholds it at all times. Keeps current documentation of all patients who present for registration. Pay Range. Minimum $21.00 Midpoint $21.00 Maximum $22.00 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience - Required: Work experience that includes interacting with and greeting guests, assisting customers, being organized. - Preferred: One (1) year of experience in a reception position. Education - Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. - Preferred: Some college or communications classes.
