As a Call Center Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries in an onsite call center, providing accurate and timely support. This role includes researching and resolving customer issues, communicating clearly in both verbal and written formats, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Additional responsibilities involve navigating multiple systems, performing accurate data entry with strong attention to detail, and completing required pre-employment assessments, including computer skills, data entry, and call center simulations.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must complete pre-employment assessments, including computer skills, data entry, and call center simulation
