Marriott Hotels - 2701 Main Street - Responsibilities: Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues; Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication; Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines and maintain maintenance inventory; Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings; Follow safety policies and procedures and use Lockout/Tagout system before maintenance work
