What You'll Spend Your Time Doing Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock your station for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teamsWhat We're Looking For* Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen* Attention to detail and commitment to quality* Team-oriented mindset with clear communication* Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and safely handle hot equipment and sharp tools* Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a confined kitchen space* Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferredWork Details* Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required* Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)* Growth opportunities within the kitchen teamThe Fine PrintHangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
