Position: Commercial Collection Attorney (Full-Time)

Location: Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:

• Handle California commercial collection matters from pre-suit through judgment enforcement

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Communicate with opposing counsel and appear in court as needed

• Manage case deadlines, workflow, and litigation strategy

• Collaborate with litigation and collections teams

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license required

• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of California litigation and judgment enforcement

• Commercial collections or creditors' rights experience preferred

• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with strong attention to detail

• Excellent legal writing, organization, and communication skills

• Team-oriented with strong accountability and professionalism
