REMOTE – must live and work in California. Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year.

Responsibilities

High motivation, results‑driven, energetic, with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision. Client‑focused and able to deliver results.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA‑approved law school
• Passed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense Experience
• Experience in trial and cross‑examination (preferred)
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
