Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activities according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor customer and associate traffic, observe for unusual activity, and report potential theft, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact.; Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, closing procedures, and/or directional guidance for visitors and staff while maintaining a professional presence.
