We are seeking a Commercial Door Estimator/Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate construction estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing project schedules to ensure successful delivery. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients during the design phase, coordinating with technicians and suppliers, and supervising the installation process to maintain high-quality standards in every project.

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating, with the ability to create precise and reliable project estimates
• Strong Project Management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects and ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Experience in Budgeting, with an ability to manage resources effectively and control project costs
• Knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, dock equipment, and expertise in related areas such as Roofs
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, technicians, and vendors effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using project management and estimating software is a plus
• Previous experience in commercial door services or construction projects is preferred
