We're partnering with a well‑established, high‑volume commercial general contractor to hire an Chief Estimator/Estimating Manager to lead and support a growing team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment where estimating is at the core of the business. Ideal for someone coming out of a general contractor who thrives in high‑volume bid environments and knows how to drive accuracy, efficiency, and team performance.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators (while staying hands‑on in the work)
• Manage the full estimating lifecycle from concept through award
• Drive bid strategy, subcontractor coverage, and risk mitigation
• Partner closely with Project Management on bid reviews and execution

Improve processes, efficiency, and overall estimating performance.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (GC required)
• Experience with retail, restaurant, or high‑volume project environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Experience with tools like Bluebeam and similar estimating platforms.

Compensation: $160K–$190K base + discretionary bonus potential
