Title: Busniess/ Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Newport Beach, CA

We are a highly accomplished national law firm with 20 offices and more than 400 attorneys. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters for our clients across 15 states. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Commercial/business litigation or civil litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
