As a Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for managing the patient's journey from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up care.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for patients seeking telehealth servicesRespond to patient inquiries and provide information about our servicesSchedule appointments for patients with healthcare providersCoordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of telehealth servicesFollow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record systemCollaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experienceStay current on telehealth industry trends and best practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in using electronic health record systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable internet connection and home office setupContract DetailsThis is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
