Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, storefront corridors, and perimeter access points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or disruptions within the location; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with crowd flow during busy periods, and providing directions and general assistance to the public
