Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting security-related matters to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including grounds, pathways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, visitor flow, and public areas while supporting a respectful environment for services, gatherings, and daily operations at the location; Observe and report maintenance issues, lighting concerns, unsecured entry points, and other security-related or property-related conditions that may require follow-up
