Compensation

Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and more

Salary Range: $50-$75 per hour, negotiable based on experience, education, location, and other factors

Interview Process

One virtual interview

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform WCCA testing according to military and industry standards (MIL, ASTM, TIA, EIA)
  • Review test results with SMEs, update designs, and write reports
  • Set up and operate test equipment in various environments
  • Troubleshoot electronics using scopes, analyzers, and TDRs
  • Document test results and corrective actions clearly
  • Collaborate with engineers and customers on product development and improvement
  • Support root cause analysis and design verification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in WCCA or test engineering
  • Knowledge of electrical and environmental testing standards
