Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and retail patrons by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support property rules, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or hazard-related issues to the appropriate contacts.; Assist with trespass, loitering, noise, and after-hours activity concerns in accordance with post orders, while maintaining a professional presence and positive interactions with the public.
