A global clothing company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support a leading women's sleep and loungewear brand. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key retail accounts, and ensuring strong execution across all aspects of the business.

This is a 4-month temporary opportunity

Must be able to work Hybrid 4 days onsite in Irvine.

Pay: $35-45/hr

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow key retail accounts to drive revenue and profitability
• Build strong relationships with buyers, planners, and internal teams
• Identify new business opportunities (new categories, doors, programs)
• Partner cross-functionally with design, production, and planning teams
• Analyze sales performance, forecast demand, and optimize inventory
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve product performance
• Lead communication with accounts, including updates, opportunities, and issue resolution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in apparel account management
• Proven success working with major retailers and specialty stores
• Background in women's apparel (sleep/loungewear a plus)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and retail math skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with tools like NuOrder or Qlik is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Full-time hours
• Domestic travel required
