Enterprise Architecture
Experience Required: 12–18 years overall IT experience; 5–7+ years in enterprise architecture / cross-domain architecture roles
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for Enterprise Architect role, who provides architectural leadership, advisory support, and design governance. The role works closely with Customer's architecture, platform, and business stakeholders to assess current‑state environments, define future‑state architectures, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while enabling scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Strong experience in enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, and platform domains
Hands‑on exposure to current‑state assessment and future‑state architecture definition
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and design governance models
Ability to develop target-state roadmaps aligned to business strategy, cost, and risk
Experience with application rationalization and modernization initiatives
Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem enterprise environments
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and enterprise-level fit
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and platform interoperability
Awareness of enterprise security, IAM considerations, and compliance requirements
Ability to embed security-by-design and governance principles into architecture recommendations
Strong ability to engage with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders
Experience producing executive‑ready architecture artifacts and recommendations
Comfortable working in onsite/onshore advisory roles with senior client stakeholders
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned to business strategy; ensure architecture decisions support both near-term priorities and long-term enterprise direction
Lead enterprise current‑state assessments across applications, integration, platforms, and standards; identify redundancies, gaps, and modernization opportunities
Define future‑state enterprise architecture options, including target-state views, transition states, and architectural trade-offs
Establish and socialize architecture principles, standards, and reference patterns; ensure adoption through governance forums (e.g., design reviews / ARB-style reviews)
Oversee evaluation and integration of new technologies (cloud, data, AI, security) ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture direction
Ensure architecture recommendations align with security, governance, compliance, and risk management expectations
Review and contribute to SOWs, assessment deliverables, and executive presentations to ensure architectural accuracy and clarity
Act as a trusted architecture advisor—facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and decision forums
Collaborate with delivery teams to translate architectural intent into delivery guidance without assuming delivery ownership
Salary Range- $120,000-$150,000 a year
