Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial office location.; Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access processes, and support badge, sign-in, and credential verification in accordance with property guidelines.; Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with general lobby and reception support to help maintain an organized and professional environment.; Document incidents, visitor activity, and unusual conditions through detailed reports and timely communication with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
