Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support a professional atmosphere for everyone at the location.; Support staff during routine operations and unexpected events by following post orders, communicating clearly, and coordinating with emergency services and/or designated personnel when needed.
