Prime Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Interview the patient or representative to obtain patient demographics; Secure insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable; Work closely with Admitting department including PBX operator function and reception areas; Operate a computer to input and retrieve data; Communicate with patient populations using age-specific techniques
