Overview

As the Delivery & Operations Specialist at everywhere, you'll be the driving force behind moving our craft beers across California and maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse. Based in Orange, CA, this role is dedicated to the physical movement and organization of product-from building pallets in the warehouse to ensuring timely deliveries to our partners. Offering $25/hour plus full health coverage, you'll ensure our beer is organized and reaches its destination safely and efficiently.
Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Delivery and Logistics: Ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of kegs and cases to various accounts across California. You'll manage the full cycle of delivery tasks, including loading, transport, unloading, and documentation.
• Warehouse Operations: Actively help build pallets for shipments and organize beer within the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
• Shipping and Fulfillment: Perform tasks related to online order fulfillment, including packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory moved for delivery and returns, ensuring the warehouse is kept up-to-date on stock levels and any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure it's always in good working order, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to management.
• Product Integrity: Ensure that all beer is handled properly during movement and transport so that it arrives at its destination in pristine condition.

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (kegs and cases of beer) regularly (150 lbs).
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations, or logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment and build secure, organized pallets.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow direction from the Operations Manager.
