This is a full-cycle sales role that requires proactive pipeline generation alongside inbound opportunities. You will run demos, manage follow-ups, close new accounts, and ensure customers are successfully activated in their early stages. While inbound leads and internal systems support the role, consistent outbound effort and self-directed prospecting are essential. This position blends sales execution, education, and early customer experience, with a strong emphasis on ownership, momentum, and professional judgment.What you'll do Run 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholdersLead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs, challenges, and readinessManage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipelineClose new accounts and take responsibility for outcomesMaintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflowsShare feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and activationOwn early onboarding and activationWho You Are You lead professional, consultative conversations, explain products clearly, and follow through without reminders. You take ownership of outcomes and prefer thoughtful, trust-based sales interactions over high-pressure tactics.
