Job OverviewI need a fully-automated Zapier workflow that pulls both form submissions and their associated metadata out of Cognito Forms, then pushes that data straight into my cloud-based tax preparation platform at cloudsotaxprep.online. The Zap has to do the entire round trip—extraction from Cognito and transfer to the tax app—without manual touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesThe trigger should fire as soon as a new form is submitted in Cognito.All submitted field values plus the submission-level metadata (timestamps, entry IDs, etc.) must be mapped to the matching fields inside cloudsotaxprep.online.Field mapping should be easy to maintain; if a new question is added to the form, I want to update one place rather than rebuild the whole Zap.Robust error handling is essential—I need notifications if a record fails to post so nothing gets lost during busy season.Final hand-off includes a short Loom or written walkthrough explaining how to edit mappings, turn the Zap on/off, and review Zap history.DeliverablesA working Zap, thoroughly tested with sample entries, and clear documentation will mark the job complete.#J-18808-Ljbffr
