If you are interested in this Clinical Operations Specialist position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Clinical Operations Specialist Compensation The pay for this position is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Clinical Operations Specialist Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite) Clinical Operations Specialist Responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clinical trial workflows Develop and execute device processes associated with clinical trials Ensure regulatory compliance and manage the lifecycle of clinical devices Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality Verify inventory and manage shipment of devices to clinical sites Confirm receipt of products and maintain accurate inventory tracking Develop timelines and support study milestones and deadlines Maintain and archive clinical documentation in compliance with record retention policies Track and manage clinical study invoices for timely processing and payment Generate reports on outstanding invoices and study activity Review and maintain clinical trial files for accuracy and completeness Support clinical research lab operations as needed Clinical Operations Specialist Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 1–2 years of patient-facing experience in a clinical research, healthcare, or related medical setting Current CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited provider Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Clinical Operations Specialist Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a clinical role (EMT, Medical Assistant, or similar) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience supporting clinical trials or research operations If you think this Clinical Operations Specialist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
