A Day in the Life of the Project Manager (Data & Analytics)
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end project execution for settlement administration matters, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and compliance are consistently met. You'll collaborate across operations, technology, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting. Your work directly supports the successful delivery of client commitments and court-mandated requirements.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including setup, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking to meet deadlines and SLAs
• Interpret legal documents and translate requirements into operational workflows
• Partner with Technology to drive automation and system improvements (e.g., Salesforce, reporting tools)
• Oversee data intake, processing, validation, and output quality to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, counsel, vendors, and internal teams
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and JIRA to track progress and reporting metrics
• Gather business requirements and coordinate testing and implementation of system enhancements
• Analyze performance trends to recommend process improvements and increase efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• People management experience
• Strong experience leading full lifecycle projects, from start to finish
• Solid experience using project management/reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Power BI, SQL)
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience documenting and enhancing processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and experience coordinating with teams/stakeholders on projects
