As a Maintenance Attendant within Building Operations, Engineering Services at JLL, you'll be an essential part of the team ensuring optimal facility performance and a well-maintained environment for our clients. This hands-on role combines technical skill with practical problem-solving to address the daily maintenance needs that keep commercial properties running smoothly and looking their best. Working under the direction of the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, or Operating Engineer, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, general upkeep, painting, cleaning mechanical spaces, and minor repairs to building systems and fixtures.
