Streets Maintenance Worker

This position is with the Public Works/Engineering Department - Streets Division. The current salary range is $52,971.36 - $66,153.96 annually, $4,414.28 - $5,512.89 monthly, or $25.47 - $31.80 hourly. Starting July 1st, 2026, the salary range will be $54,813.84 - $68,454.97 annually, $4,567.82 - $5,704.58 monthly, or $26.35 - $32.91 hourly. Benefits include a 4-day work week, 11 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday, a 3.5% cost of living allowance on July 1, 2026, a $2,721.01 monthly benefit allowance towards medical, dental, and vision starting in 2026, employer contribution to a health reimbursement account after five years, pension through CalPERS, a 457 deferred compensation plan through Voya Financial, a 200% employer contribution match to a 457 plan up to $3,000 per year, professional development with Breaking the Chain Consulting, and a $2,500 educational reimbursement per fiscal year.

Experience, Training & Licenses

The Streets Maintenance Worker will serve as a key member of the Public Works department by assisting in the operational maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, and all other City infrastructure. The Street Maintenance Worker position will serve the Eastvale community with a "can do" attitude and "get it done" approach to work in a fast-paced environment while working closely with a talented, energetic, and highly engaged team of City talent. You will be adding value to the community by ensuring the safety of all infrastructure through preventative maintenance and assisting in the continued maintenance of all City infrastructure to ensure repairs are handled safely and timely.

Special Requirements
