Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Fine Dining Server with Extensive Wine Knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years of "fine dining service". The server will need to be an effective team member, and deliver exceptional dining service, presenting and recommending menu and wine options, and ensuring a refined dining experience for all guests. Position includes side-work, bussing, expo, wine service and ability to adapt to this restaurant's policies and protocals for service and as a team member of the existing staff. Position also includes takes to maintain a clean and orderly server room and dining area.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and exceptional customer service practices
  • Extensive wine knowledge, including understanding of wine pairings, varietals, regions, and vintages domestic and imported wines.
  • Refined communication and service skills to build rapport with guests and provide exemplary service
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience in food and beverage service, in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, dining, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Food handler certification, Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification, and basic knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shifts generally begin at 3 pm and concluded between 10 pm and 12 am.
