Ally In-Care is hiring experienced Senior Caregivers and Home Care Aides to provide high-quality non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Orange County.
We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers with 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility experience accepted). This role offers steady shifts, flexible scheduling, and a supportive care team.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance and transfers
Meal preparation and nutrition support
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Transportation to appointments and errands
Assist with physical therapy exercises
Communicate care updates with the care team
Caregiver Requirements
2+ years professional caregiving experience
Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain (we can help)
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED
