Your Role and Impact The Material Handler is responsible for unpacking, assembling, and preparing product units for processing within the Repair Center. This role supports repair operations by handling, disassembling, labeling, cleaning, wrapping, and packaging products for shipment. The Material Handler ensures all required documentation, accessories, and materials are accurate and complete prior to distribution or shipment.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Move products to designated areas for disposition using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Inspect inbound products and packaging materials; report any damage or discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Unpack, assemble, and distribute units within the Repair Center to support technician workflows.
• Record inspection details on traveler sheets, including box condition, unit serial numbers, and accessories received.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including proper recycling of waste materials.
• Assist with periodic physical and cycle inventory counts as needed.
• Prepare new, repaired, and refurbished display products for shipment by:
• Cleaning and wiping product cases and display components (e.g., LCD screens, projector lenses).
• Applying required trademark insignia and identification labels.
• Wrapping products in protective plastic coverings.
• Packaging products and accessories securely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Monitor packing supply levels and notify the Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in general warehouse or material handling operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Self-motivated with the ability to recognize, prioritize, and adjust to changing tasks.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, high energy level, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment & Requirements

• Office Presence: Full-time in office, 5 days per week
• Environment: Works in a large, open, well-ventilated warehouse. May be subject to some variations in temperature, normally not to the extreme.
• Physical Effort: Regularly lifts light?to?heavy materials, products, and equipment weighing up to 70 pounds using approved lifting devices (e.g., back belts).
• Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards
