Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMillwork Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced Custom Finish Carpenter for high-end commercial millwork and casework fabrication.This is not entry-level carpentry. We are looking for skilled craftsmen who can execute detailed work from shop drawings with precision and minimal supervision.Responsibilities* Read and execute from engineering/shop drawings* Field measure and perform material take-offs* Layout, fabricate, assemble, and build custom commercial casework* Mill and process hardwood lumber* Maintain quality standards and a clean workspace* Follow all safety guidelinesRequirements* 5+ years experience in custom carpentry or commercial millwork* Strong knowledge of hardwood species and milling techniques* Experience with custom commercial casework fabrication* Ability to read blueprints independently* Skilled with hand tools and power tools* Strong attention to detail* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs* Overtime as neededPreferred* Experience in commercial or architectural millwork environments* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamApplicants must complete our online questionnaire: candidates may be asked to provide photos of recent custom work.
