A Full-Service Medical Group, is looking to hire a bilingual Medical Scheduler with excellent customer service skills!

The Medical Scheduler provides exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers, has excellent computer and communication skills. Duties include scheduling patient appointments, answering phones (multi-line), insurance verification, and other duties.

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
City: Alhambra, CA

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience. High Volume experience is a must!
• Must have experience in scheduling appointments for patients in a medical setting
• Must have experience in high-volume of calls (inbound/outbound calls)
• Must have excellent computer skills (EMR/EHR experience)
• Must have excellent customer service and sales quality experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
• COVID & Flu vaccinations required to start
• High School Diploma is required
