What You'll Do:

✔ Support commercial real estate financings & acquisitions

✔ Review/analyze title, survey & zoning reports

✔ Draft key transactional documents

✔ Coordinate with title companies, surveyors & zoning providers

✔ Manage UCC/litigation/bankruptcy searches

✔ Assist with closings & post‑closing follow‑through

✔ Collaborate with attorneys and senior paralegals across offices

What We're Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience

🔹 Bachelor's Degree (Paralegal Certificate preferred)

🔹 Strong organizational skills & attention to detail

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication

🔹 Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe
