You'll:* Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and leadership* Ensure the consistency, flavor, and presentation of every plate meets fine dining expectations* Lead daily prep and line operations, maintaining efficiency and precision* Manage and motivate in real time kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and utility* Train, coach, and inspire kitchen staff to perform with excellence and professionalism* Monitor food quality, sanitation, and safety standards at all times* Assist in cost management through portion control, waste reduction, and efficient labor practices* Maintain open communication with the front-of-house to ensure seamless guest experiencesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR* 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale concept* Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail* A passion for executing refined dishes and maintaining high culinary standards* Dedication to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding fine dining precision* Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
