Job Summary:

As a Server 3 (Event Server) you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of events. Responsibilities include event set-up, food and beverage service, guest interaction, event breakdown, and the proper handling of equipment and decor. You'll contribute to creating a seamless and memorable experience for every client and guest by bringing energy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.

This is an event-based position with a schedule that varies based on business needs and event demand, with increased opportunities during peak seasons.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
• One (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on task
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
• Service-minded, proactive, and adaptable
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 25+ lbs. frequently and occasional lifting or moving of heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed
• Must possess a current California Food Handler's Card, or obtain one withing 30 days of hire
• Must obtain in-house Allergen Certification within 14 days of hire
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules is required, a minimum of two Saturdays per month
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

$19 - $21 per hour

Part-Time, Hourly / Non-Exempt
