Job Description

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming etc.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Perform light housekeeping

Physical Requirements
-Ability to assist clients safely
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks
-Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations

Safety & Monitoring
-Observe and report changes in client condition
-Maintain a safe and clean environment
-Follow fall prevention and safety protocols

Documentation & Compliance
-Accurately complete daily care notes
-Follow company policies, procedures, and care plans
-Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
-Report incidents, concerns, or changes promptly

Qualifications
-Prior caregiving experience preferred
-Compassionate, dependable, and patient
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to follow care plans and instructions
-Ability to pass background check and drug screening
