Office Coordinator – Medical Practice
Newport Beach, CA
$32–$38/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Join a well-established specialty medical practice in Newport Beach seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations and keep the front and back office running smoothly. This is a key role with visibility to leadership and opportunity for long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Support pre-operative and procedure-related processes
  • Handle medical records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Oversee the basic office duties: collect patient payments, manage patient scheduling, phone communications, and front desk workflow
  • Oversee administrative compliance tasks (licenses, documentation, etc.)
  • Provide supervision and support to a team of 4


What They're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office environment
  • Experience in a specialty practice setting (GI - gastroenterology experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with medical records, procedures, and patient coordination
  • Strong communication skills with both patients and staff
  • Proven job stability and consistent work history
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail


Nice to Have:

  • Medical-related education or certification


Schedule & Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Professional clinical setting - Black Scrubs
