A company is looking for a Case Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track case progression through all phases of the patient-matched CMF workflow, ensuring timely executionServe as the primary point of contact for surgeons, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout case processingCoordinate with third-party suppliers, planners, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely case completionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field2-4 years of experience in patient-specific device workflows, surgical planning, or 3D modelingExperience managing patient-matched cases in a regulated medical device environmentProficiency in Materialise Mimics, 3-Matic, Dolphin, or equivalent 3D softwareFamiliarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and related quality documentation
