Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.; Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site policies.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed.; Answer phones, assist employees, guests, and delivery personnel, and support security-related reporting, recordkeeping, and front desk communication tasks.; Observe lobby and reception activity for unusual behavior and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and adherence to site procedures.
