We are a casual, family steakhouse restaurant serving fresh, hand cut mesquite grilled steaks, fall off the bone barbecue ribs and fresh baked rolls. We're looking for a 35 to 40 hours/week Assistant Manager to join our family and grow with the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded hospitality professional!
Qualifications:
• Restaurant Manager experience: 1-3 years (preferred)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skill
• Ability to train, inspire and oversee team to the highest hospitality standards
• Strong knowledge of food, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An infectious, positive attitude
• Outstanding hospitality skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible schedule - availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
